OTP verification on every signature
Give every contract a seal you can prove
Upload a PDF, drop the fields where they belong, and send it out. Each signer verifies with a one-time code, and every view, sign and decline lands in an audit trail you can hand to a lawyer.

Features
Everything a signature workflow actually needs
Not a checklist of buzzwords — the ten things that decide whether a document gets signed today or next week.
-
Upload any PDF
Drag in a contract up to 50 MB. Tawqee renders every page so you can place fields exactly where the ink belongs.
-
Send in one click
Recipients get a branded email with a signing link scoped to them alone. No account required to sign.
-
Sign anywhere
The signing room is built for a thumb on a phone as much as a mouse on a desk. Draw, type or upload a signature.
-
OTP verification
A six-digit code goes to the signer’s email before the signature is accepted. Attempts, resends and failures are all recorded.
-
Tamper-evident audit log
Sent, delivered, opened, verified, signed, declined — each with a timestamp, IP address and user agent.
-
Legally binding
Intent, consent and attribution are captured on every envelope, and a signed certificate is embedded in the final PDF.
-
Fast workflows
Sequential or parallel routing, automatic reminders, expiry dates and one-click cancellation.
-
Secure storage
Documents are encrypted at rest on local disk or any S3-compatible bucket you point us at.
-
Multiple recipients
Signers, approvers, and carbon copies in the order you choose, each with their own fields and rules.
-
Cloud ready
Queue workers, Horizon and a scheduler handle the heavy lifting so sending a hundred envelopes feels like sending one.
How it works
From PDF to sealed in seven steps
The first four take you about ninety seconds. The rest happen while you get on with your day.
You
-
1
Upload the PDF
Drop in the contract. Every page is rendered and ready to work with.
-
2
Add recipients
Name who signs, who approves, and who just needs a copy — in order.
-
3
Place the fields
Signature, initials, date, text and checkbox fields, dropped exactly where they go.
-
4
Send
Each recipient gets a private link. Reminders and expiry run themselves.
Your recipient
-
5
Recipients verify by OTP
A six-digit code confirms the person opening the link is the person you invited.
-
6
Recipients sign
They draw, type or upload their signature and confirm. You are notified instantly.
-
7
Completed
Everyone receives the sealed PDF with its certificate of completion attached.
Why Tawqee
Paper costs more than paper
Printing, scanning and chasing a signature is a week of calendar time you can get back.
-
Close in hours, not weeks
Agreements sent through Tawqee are signed in an average of four minutes once opened.
-
Stop chasing people
Automatic reminders do the follow-up, and the dashboard tells you exactly who is holding things up.
-
Proof, not promises
If a signature is ever questioned, the audit trail answers who, when, from where, and how they were verified.
-
Arabic and English, natively
A genuine right-to-left interface — not a mirrored afterthought — with both languages in emails and the signing room.
Built for volume

Security
A signature is only worth its evidence
Every control below is on by default. There is no plan where your audit trail is optional.
-
Mandatory OTP
No signature is written without a verified one-time code. Five attempts, ten-minute expiry, sixty-second resend cooldown.
-
Encrypted at rest and in transit
TLS everywhere, AES-256 on stored documents, and signed URLs that expire.
-
Strict data isolation
Authorization policies guard every model. A user can only ever reach their own envelopes.
-
Immutable audit trail
Append-only event log with IP, user agent and timestamp, exported as a certificate with the final PDF.
-
Session and device control
See every active session and revoke any of them, plus a full login history on your profile.
-
Scoped API tokens
Issue and revoke personal access tokens per integration, with their last-used time on record.
Verification
Anyone can check a signature we sealed
You do not need an account, and you do not need to have been party to the agreement. If somebody hands you a signed PDF, you can find out in seconds whether it is genuine.
-
Upload the PDF
We compare it byte for byte against what we sealed. A single altered character shows up.
-
Enter the reference
Every certificate of completion carries one. It confirms the document exists and when it was finished.
-
Scan the QR code
Printed on every certificate, so a signed document can be checked from paper with a phone.
Verify a document
A reference tells you whether a document exists and when it was completed. It never reveals who signed it or what it says — that would make this page a way to read other people's contracts.

Are signatures made with Tawqee legally binding?
Yes. Each envelope captures the signer’s intent, their consent to sign electronically, and their verified identity through a one-time code. All of it is bound into a certificate of completion embedded in the final PDF, which is what a court or counterparty will ask to see.
Do recipients need an account to sign?
No. Recipients receive a signing link scoped to them alone, verify with a code sent to their email, and sign. Creating an account is only needed if you want to send documents yourself.
What happens if a recipient never receives the OTP?
They can request a new code after sixty seconds, up to five times. Every code lasts ten minutes and allows five attempts. Every send, resend and failed attempt is written to the audit trail, so you can see exactly where a signer got stuck.
Is the Arabic version a real right-to-left interface?
Yes. The layout mirrors properly, the typography is set in an Arabic-first typeface, and emails and the signing room are both translated. You can switch languages at any point without losing your place.
Where are my documents stored?
On the storage you choose — local disk or any S3-compatible bucket, including your own. Files are encrypted at rest and served through short-lived signed URLs that cannot be shared.
Can I cancel or change a document after sending?
You can cancel an envelope at any time before it completes, and everyone still pending is notified. To change the document itself, cancel and send a new version — an already-signed page can never be silently altered, by design.
Can I change plans later?
Any time, in both directions. Upgrades take effect immediately and downgrades at the end of the billing period. Your documents and audit trails are never deleted when you downgrade.
